Should you wish to buy property, from our sellers, the procedure is as follows:
Both buyer and seller along with their represented agents will meet at the lawyer's office, where the following documents from buyer will be needed
(a) Passport copy of the buyer if individual
(b) Trade license copy if transfer is to be done on a company name
(c) Letter of confirmation of sale
(d) A deposit cheque equivalent to 10% of the selling price of the property
A MOU (memorandum of understanding) will be signed between the buyer and the sellers agent and this will include a penalty clause to protect the parties.
The purchase transaction of all land will go through a lawyer who also stands as an escrow agent to ensure the smooth sale and (any unseen obligations on the property such as loans, mortgages, guarantees etc. to any third party) transaction of the property for both parties (buyer and seller)
